Thank you for the AEBC consultation documents on research agendas. We notice that animal welfare does not appear in the list of research drivers identified by AEBC. We believe that the animals themselves should be, as sentient beings, considered to be stakeholders in decision-making on biotechnology that affects farmed animals.
